TERMS OF DELIVERY

The delivery time is up to 3 working days from the date of your order. The requested items, suitably packaged, are delivered by courier to the address you have specified.
Upon acceptance of the goods, the customer signs the accompanying documents. The acceptance of the goods and the signing of the documents can also be done by a third party. Any person, other than the customer, who is located at the specified address and accepts the delivery is considered as such.
In the event that the customer cannot be found at the specified address within the stipulated time for the execution of the order and conditions for the delivery are not provided, Agroles Product Ltd. is released from the obligation to deliver the ordered goods.
The customer has the right to refuse the receipt of the requested goods in the presence of even one of the following conditions:
The delivered items do not match the ordered items
The amount that the customer must pay by cash on delivery is different from the amount due on the order
The customer wishes to exchange the ordered items
The customer wishes to return the ordered items
Replacement of ordered goods is carried out after a written request for replacement by e-mail no later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Return of delivered goods without compensation or penalty is allowed after a written request for return no later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
In cases of exchange or return of delivered goods, the items should be returned in good commercial condition, with intact original packaging and accompanied by the original documents – invoice or goods receipt, receipt.

When the customer wishes to exchange or return the goods, the transport costs to the specified address are at his expense.
In case of discrepancy between the ordered and delivered goods, the transport costs are for the account of Agroles Product OOD
Reimbursement of the amounts paid: in case of bank payment or by credit card, the refund of the amount is made to the account from which the payment was ordered, no later than 10 working days after the date of return of the goods. When paying by cash on delivery, the amount for the returned goods is sent to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Agroles Product OOD has the right not to refund the amount paid if at least one of the specified conditions for returning goods is violated.
TERMS OF USE
Shipping Policy
Due to storage temperature requirements for any of our products, all Orders are sent via Econt Express, Speedy or RAPIDO with a delivery time of 24/48 hours. Food for which a controlled temperature regime is required will be packed in special refrigerator boxes, maintaining a certain temperature during transportation.
How is shipping calculated?
The delivery price is calculated based on the current tariff of the respective courier company based on the weight of the shipment. The cost of delivery is paid by the customer to the courier company.
Order payment?
You will be able to pay for the order made through the courier’s cash on delivery service or by bank transfer.
When will my order be delivered?
www.truffles-bulgaria.com processes all next day orders, orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be delivered on the next working day, excluding public holidays. Order placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be sent on Monday.
Next day delivery is available for orders placed online by 3pm.
How is the order delivered?
After receiving your order, we carefully pack it and prepare it for delivery, if necessary we use special transport boxes to guarantee the required temperature regime.
